Dave brings a unique blend of financial insight and creative eye to the Blue Dog Properties team. He started his career in the mortgage industry, developing a sharp understanding of real estate finance and client service. He later followed his creative instincts into graphic design, sharpening his eye for detail, skills that now serve him well in creating great living experiences for residents.

Outside the office, Dave is happiest with his hands busy, whether he’s in the workshop building custom woodworking projects, carefully assembling terrariums, or out on the trail hiking and backpacking through the wilderness. He translates that same patience and craftsmanship from his hobbies directly into his work approach: methodical, hands-on, and genuinely invested in getting the details right.
