Mike Kucera

Michael is an experienced real estate investor, property manager, and Realtor® but first and foremost he is a devoted partner and proud father of two amazing daughters. He finds identity in his dedication to family, friends, and community more so than his occupation.

Having lived in the Forest Hill area since 2005, he is extremely passionate about his neighborhood for its juxtaposition of city and nature, and for the deep bonds he has built among his neighbors. His engagement and leadership in the community has made him very well connected throughout RVA.

Raised in a small town on the Chesapeake Bay near Deltaville, VA, Michael is a lifelong boater and avid outdoorsman whose interests range from mountain biking and kayaking, to snow skiing, hiking, and international travel. He is also passionate about the arts, having earned a BFA in photography and filmmaking from VCU in 2003.

With a keen eye for opportunity and strong negotiating skills, Michael has built a real estate portfolio of over a dozen residential and commercial properties. This hands-on experience in acquisition, redevelopment, and property management, make him a uniquely well-rounded Realtor®.

Michael believes that human connections are more valuable than any single transaction. This approach has helped him build a robust network of industry professionals stretching from the greater Richmond area to the Middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck.
